Powell's Bookstore, Portland, Oregon- Great Bookstore that has thousands of titles, authors, and books of all types. City Lights Bookstore, San Francisco, California- Or should I say "The University of City Lights"....One of America's Greatest treasures. Independent bookseller and publishing house that was founded by Lawerence Ferlinghetti, a former UNC Chapel Hill Alum and living legend. Elliot Bay Bookstore and Cafe, Seattle, Washington- I love this Bookstore. Great place to convene and to check out books. Support the two above, but please check out when in Pioneer Square, Seattle.
