 In the distance, the Mount of Olives, where Jesus delivered the sermon on the mount. In the midground, a Jewish cemetary that's hard to get into, if you know what I mean, besides the requirement of being dead.

Another alley way, this one in Jaffa. Again, nothing historic, at least overtly so, just a pretty sight seen on the way to a rooftop seafood dinner.

Scenery from the bus on the way to the settlement inside the West Bank. I took the shot because I could so easily visualize Christ or Paul or Timothy or Barnabas journeying by foot to Samaria or Judea to preach. The rock wall is one of hundreds that define fields and lands much like those in Ireland. The hues and tones are those dominant throughout Israel.
