|
![]() On June 1, 2001, a Hamas suicide bomber detonated at the Dolphinarium discotheque, killing 21 people, mostly youth dancing the night away. The fifth anniversary occurred while we were in Tel Aviv, which explains the numerous wreaths and blue candles. The Dolphinarium is just yards from our hotel, the Dan Panorama. |

Passing through is a non-event, but the security fences, soldiers and surveillance do give pause. |
