This is a program that I wrote on behalf of my committee (the Employee Enhancement Committee) at the Student Recreation Center. It is one of the many employee enhancement programs that we are currently working on.

Receptionist Training and Orientation Program

Each year, the new Receptionists and Fitness Monitors at the Student Recreation Center have to go through training before they can begin work. My fellow manager, Liz Weekly, and I wrote this training/orientation program in the Summer of 2003, and it is implemented at the beginning and end of each semester.
