Thought the subject line would hook you, at least. ;)

I have to do a project for my reading/literacy class. We read a book called Flat Stanley, about a boy who's squashed by a bulletin board. One thing about Stanley is that he can be mailed (and was mailed) to his relatives in California. Anyway, the whole idea of the project is for us to make our own "flat Stanleys" (we can call it something else, which is why I called mine Cindy). We send these flat people, along with a journal we've written about spending time with our flat friend, to someone we know. Preferably someone in another country. So I thought of you. All you'd have to do is carry Cindy around in your pocket or whatever, take some pics of the two of you doing stuff together (I'll provide a camera), and write in her journal about the things you did. You'd have about a week or two with Cindy, and then you'd send her back, along with the pics and journal (I'll provide an envelope with postage,too). My big question is: do you have time to do that? Do you want to even do that (I figured you'd have fun with it ;)) If you don't, that's cool. That's why I'm asking now, so that way I can plan on sending Cindy elsewhere. I won't be hurt or anything if you can't. :) Just let me know soon. Hope you're having a blast! Annie
