This is my family and they have played a huge part in molding me into the person I am. My mother and father are the most wonderful, supportive, and encouraging parents I could have ever asked for and my brother and sister and their spouses have become three of my best friends.
My dad is the pastor of Calvary Baptist Fellowship in High Point, North Carolina and my mom helps as the "music director." My dad graduated from Davidson College and got his MBA and worked his way up to the Chief Financial Officer position of a furniture company in Thomasville. Around 1995, he followed God's calling for him and quit his job in order to tell people about Jesus Christ. He and my mom, who used to be a wonderful music teacher at CBDS, started Calvary Baptist Fellowship and are working hard to seek God's plan for their church.
My brother and his wife Marni are graduates of Clemson University. He is a business banker with Wachovia in Columbia, SC (which is the home of Clemson's arch-rival USC). My brother has been my hero ever since I was old enough to stand up. I have always looked up to him and I look forward to becoming good friends as we grow older. His lovely wife, Marni, is probably the smartest one in our family, and she is a great Calculus teacher at Lexington High School in Columbia. My sister Anna is also a graduate of of Clemson also. She is an elementary school teacher in Clemmons right now, where she and Zach are living. Anna is great with kids and she is usually the great advisor whenever I have a problem. Zach works in the corporate headquarters of Lowes and is a graduate of Wake Forest University. My family is very precious to me and I would say that they are my biggest supporters and closest friends. I thank the Lord for blessing me with such great friends that are my family.
