I am Lu Chi, a PhD student at UNC-Chapel Hill. Currently I am working in the Dental Research Center, which is located in Research Triangle Park (RTP) now. My research interests focus on biomaterials for bone regeneration, and the mechanism of early stage mineralization in bone. Also I have finished some work in biomechanical analysis of an orthodontic device (asymmetric headgear).

A little about myself:

I was born in HeiLongJiang, the northest province in China. But I was raised up in Dalian, a beautiful seaside city in LiaoNing Province. In 2005 I received my B.S. degree in Physics from Beijing University and came to North Carolina. I fell in love with this place on the first day I arrived here.
