Austria

on our way into austria we stopped in salzburg to climb the festung, a medieval fortress. in vienna, we stayed with a friend of ryan and eddie's who studied abroad at UNC their freshmen year. his name was lucas and he grew up in vienna. at the time he was doing publicity for the UEFA championships (the European World Cup for Soccer) since the games were being played in austria. we were able to watch the germany v. austria game in vienna and see the hapsburg summer house, among other things.
