The following mouse monoclonal antibodies can be obtained from the Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank at the University of Iowa:

• Drosophila Abrupt - purchase the 10X concentrate and amplify with TSA
• Drosophila Single-minded - purchase the 10X concentrate
• Drosophila Tango - unconcentrated works fine

The following antisera can be obtained from the Crews lab by request:

• Drosophila Abrupt - rabbit polyclonal; use 1:200 dilution
• Drosophila Dead end - guinea pig polyclonal; use 1:200 dilution
• Drosophila Dysfusion - rabbit polyclonal; use 1:600 dilution
