The beams are 4 sets of 4 2x10's. It's what the inspector wanted. The joists from the back The view from the driveway. We were doing a wall a day. The walls are 8ft.

Inside looking toward the back. I only fell off the ladder once. Inside looking toward the front. I painted the floor to try to protect it from the weather. I changed the roof design 3 times and ended up with the one I started out with.

I'm checking how level the porch post is. The level is taller than I am. Pronya adds blocking for the rafters.

The rafters are done. Putting the ridge board up was pretty scary! Fastest nailer in Bynum Second fastest nailer in Bynum. (Can you tell I don't like the nail gun?)

More work with the level The porch siding from the back. Not only is the siding structural, but it will give me more privacy and keep the dogs out of trouble

Amy came by and helped us unload some lumber. Amy grabs the OSB and pulls it up the rafters.

Got the OSB and roofing felt up on half of the house today. I like the way the porch is turning out
