An Expiation of Game Classes

Each of these classes has three levels of progressively more complex modules, for a total of nine game levels.

• Shadow
The Health Sciences Library User Services staff has used the term shadow to refer to a new staff member who is observing desk activity. So it was easy to name our first game class "Shadow."


• Warrior
The next game class includes those who have completed their desk training and are now working the desk as fully fledged staffers. These staffers must be ready for anything on the front lines of the desk. They are Desk Warriors.


• Mage
Experienced staff sometimes appear to work magic where patron interactions are concerned. They are the Mages or magicians.
