You have already identified the group your are interested in and have researched the leadership skills needed in that area as well as the problems that group will encounter in  that area.  Your group will write a leadership handbook for the UNC Leadership Development Office.  You are responsible for one chapter of the handbook.  You should explain the specific skills this person will need to develop, especially if s/he will encounter ethical issues or face difficult decisions (all leaders do!).

Your chapter must be informative, well researched, and very professional (future leaders want to hear from experts and professionals).

A successful paper will:
1.  Include a minimum of 6 expert sources.
2. Categorize the information.  Arrange the ideas/ arguments from simple to complex.
3.  Demonstrate paragraph development skills (topic sentence, focus on one idea, transitions etc.)
4.  Write like a social scientist.  Use precise language and a professional style and tone.
