This
is Easter morning 2001 in the front yard with my little sister,
Sami.
We thought we were looking pretty cute that day, thus our movie star pose!
June
4, 1999...finally graduated! That's mom and me before leaving for the Convention
Center.
Yep...that's
me...standing on the table at 1 year. This is me and my dad in our backyard
in Fayetteville, NC in June of '82.
This
is me with my younger siblings, (from my dad's second marriage) Olivia and Keith.
This was taken in New Jersey over Christmas break of Freshman year. How cool
are we?!
Here's my whole family in New York City last summer (That's the Statue of
Liberty between my mom and me.) We were in New York for a week, visiting relatives
and made a one-day trip to the city. It was awesome!
~Are you getting the whole Rainbow Coalition thing now?!
How
cute is she?! This is Sami at one year in Germany. She's too cool for words!
Who of us is mature enough for offspring
before the offspring themselves arrive? The value of marriage is not that
adults produce children but that children produce adults. ~Peter De Vries
!THE FAMILY!
"There
is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to
find the ways in which you yourself have altered."
~Nelson Mandela
My parents got divorced when I was 2 years old. For as long
as I can remember, it's always been me and my mom. My mom got remarried when
I was 4. Then my younger sister came along when I was 9. In our family, we
like to call ourselves the Rainbow Coalition...you'll see why in a minute.
