Kizzmekia "Kizzy" Corbett received her B.S. from SuperStar University, Poshville, America in 2008. Afterwards the NIH employed her awesome skills to create a vaccine against a lethal virus from Mars that nearly wiped out the planet had it not been for Kizzy. In 2009, Kizzy entered UNC-Chapel Hill's BBSP Ph.D. program and currently works in the de Silva lab isolating the genetic factors of Dengue virus pathogenicity through groundbreaking work on Dengue virus infectious clones. She devotes her spare time to teaching the rest of the de Silva lab members how to be cool like her... she has a daunting task ahead of her.
