Here are some of my favorite links:

Camp Thunderbird

Camp Thunderbird is a very special place to me. I spent seven summers there as a camper and three as a counselor. Even though I will not be returning to camp this summer, I still enjoy visiting the web site, which has all kinds of information about what is going on there, as well as a discussion forum for former campers and staff. For anyone looking for a wonderful summer camp with impressive activities and amazing people, I highly reccomend visiting this site!

Bluefly

If you enjoy shopping, as I do, I reccomend Bluefly. You can find a huge assortment of designer clothes for men, women, and children, as well as gifts and things for your home, at discounted prices. I reccomend checking out the frequent sales they offer, where you can find the best deals.

The Mount Airy News

This is the site of my hometown newspaper, The Mount Airy News. I enjoy visiting this site to check up on what is going on around Mount Airy. This publication covers a good deal of local and state news, which I enjoy reading especially when I am away from home.

Hallmark

Hallmark.com is a great site with many things to offer. However, I enjoy sending to friends and family. With a huge assortment of e-cards for almost every occasion, it is very easy to find an appropriate card to email someone. Also, the cards are often musical, entertaining, and humerous, and they are fun to both give and receive.

CNN

CNN.com is a wonderful source for all kinds of news topics. I often refer to this site for background information for my classes or for papers that I write. Updated daily, it offers a plethora of national and international news in a highly accessable format.

UNC
This is the web site for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
JOMC 50
This is the web site for JOMC 50, the class I am currently taking, which is offered by the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at UNC Chapel Hill. This is a photograph of my professor, Dr. Debashis Aikat, or Deb as we all call him.
