-1 oz. Fuggles @ 45 min.
-1/2 oz. Casacade @ 15 min.
-1/2 oz. Liberty @ 15 min.

Yeast:

-Wyeast Scottish Ale

Steep and Boil

-Grains steeped in 1 1/2 gal. water at 160 degrees for 30 minutes
-1 1/2 gal. water added to pot
-Malt extract added, brought to boil
-Hops added per schedule
-Water topped up to 5 gal.
-Yeast pitched @ 80 degrees
-Dry hopped in secondary with 3/4 oz. Cascade
-Bottled 37 12 oz. bottles, 5 22 oz. bottles
