-1/2 lb. flaked oats
-1/2 lb. unmalted wheat

Hops:

-0.7 oz. East Kent Goldings @ 60 min.
-0.5 oz. Saaz @ 60 min.
-0.5 oz. Saaz @ 15 min.

Yeast:

-White Labs Belgian Wit

Extras:

-2 tsp. dried bitter orange
-1 1/4 tsp. crushed corriander
above added at 15 left in boil

Steep and Boil

-Grains steeped in 1 1/2 gal. water at 155 degrees for 30 minutes
-1 1/2 gal. water added to pot
-Malt extract added, brought to boil
-Hops added per schedule, extras @ 15 min.
-Water topped up to 5 gal.
-Yeast pitched @ 80 degrees
