Fermentables:

-6.6 lbs. amber malt extract liquid
-1 lb. crystal 40L
-1/2 lb. chocolate malt

Hops:

-1 oz. Hallertau @ 50 min.
-1/2 oz. Fuggles @ 30 min.
-1/2 oz. Casacade @ 10 min.

Yeast:

-Wyeast 1098 British Ale

Extras:

-30 oz. pumpkin, 1 cup brown sugar, 6 cloves, 6 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Above boiled for 15 minutes in 2 quarts water, then added to sparge from grains

Steep and Boil

-Grains steeped in 1 1/2 gal. water at 155 degrees for 45 minutes
-1 1/2 gal. water added to pot, plus extras from above
-Amber malt extract added, brought to boil
-Hops added per schedule
-Water topped up to 5 gal.
-Yeast pitched @ 80 degrees
