-5# can Cherry Puree (Oregon Fruit) added to primary after 4 days
-2# pasturized frozen cherries added to secondary
-racked to tertiary after 4 days

Yeast:

-Wyeast American Wheat yeast

Steep and Boil

-Grains steeped in 1 1/2 gal. water at 155 degrees for 30 minutes
-3 1/2 gal. water added to pot
-Malt extract added, brought to boil
-Hops added per schedule
-Yeast pitched @ 80 degrees
