OVERSEAS ADOPTION

Overseas adoption is often
a welcome alternative to U.S. adoption. Many people who do not have
luck in finding a child in the U.S. turn to adoption programs in other
countries. Often times these programs are linked with Christian organizations.
A foreign adoption is an answered prayer for many Christian and non-Christian
families.
Delving further into the topic of overseas adoption,
a number of questions arise concerning its appeal as an alternative
to U.S. adoption. For instance, how long does it take to adopt a child
in the U.S. verses overseas? Another question to research is what are
the qualifications of adoption and are they different overseas? The
answers to such questions yield insight into the process and appeal
of this form of adoption.
The intended audience for such research is educated
men and women between the ages of 30 to 45. The audience interested
in this form of adoption might have had trouble adopting a child in
the U.S., or might be looking to help orphaned children in other areas
of the world. Christian missionary groups and other types of outreach
organizations would be interested in this information. A person seeking
this information would be a reader of a specialized magazine and/or
a national newspaper. This would focus on their specific interests and
hobbies along with keeping abreast on global events.
