Wednesday brought us to Orvietto and Todi, both quaint small hill towns in Umbria.

Here's the fabulous butcher/cheesemaker from whom we bought many products. After I took this, I asked if it was ok and he took off his glasses and put on a big smile for a second. This one just turned out better. He also pointed out an article on his wall from the New York Times about the fabulousness of his shop.
