Vanessa Causes Major Traffic Accident!!!!

It happened at 10:16AM on Glendale-Milford Road. The suspect was traveling east in a tan van. The sun shone brightly, low on the horizon. A red traffic light loomed in the distance at the fateful intersection near St. Rita's school for the deaf (this is a good place to have accidents as the residents of the school are not disturbed by the sound they make). The tan van was followed closely by a white big van and that was followed closely by a marroon van. The suspect, apparently in a stupor, did not notice the red light ahead as she raced the doomed van train toward Reading road and apparent safety. In a stroke of luck, no cars were passing through the intersection as the wheels of the tan van passed through the crosswalk. Hope for avoiding a mishap was dashed about 1/2 second later when the mother of the suspect asked why the driver was going through the red light. At this same moment, the drivers of the two cars following closely behind decided that if the tan van was going to make it through the light then so were they. Therefore, at the time the suspect became aware of the red light, all three cars were practically joined one after the other in the intersection. The suspect jammed on the brake. A distinct screeching sound was immediately heard coming from the middle car. That was soon followed by a crunching sound. When the smoke cleared, a crumpled van was noticed inching toward the gas station beside the intersection. When the light turned green, the suspect sped off scott free. As far as we know, no one was hurt but Vanessa chalked up her first road kill.
Now here is a question - who was at fault?
a) Vanessa - for failing to
stop properly at a red traffic light.
b) Mommo - for informing Vanessa
that a red light was looming.
c) Daddo - for laughing uncontrollably
as Vanessa was trying to stop.
d) The police department for
putting the traffic light in the direction of the sun.
e) The drivers of the other
cars for following too closely.
f) All of the above.
