In mid-June, employees at a major consulting firm participated in a program of Sailing Through Creative Transformation at the Colgate Offshore Sailing School at South Seas Plantation, Florida. They were divided into two groups, which alternated between creative problem solving seminars and sailing lessons. The last day they raced against each other in teams, using their creative problem solving skills to navigate the course and reach the finish line.
