Wine is a passion of mine. I generally go to the local, free wine tastings over at The Wine Cellar off of Fayetteville Street in Durham, NC. I'm learning more all the time and recently invested in a small wine holder (right) for the "living room" of my apartment. Click here for some notes I've made about various wines. |

| Flying has been a long-time goal of mine and I am pleased to say that I passed my FAA written exam in March of 2007 and completed my first solo flight in January of 2008. I plan to finish my private pilot VFR (visual flight rules) license over the next year. My instructor is Betsy McCracken and I fly out of the Wings of Carolina Flying Club in Sanford, NC.
