Write brief overview report of CLIMSTAN meeting for posting.
Complete first draft of observation standards (text on solar radiation obs, wind obs (LS), calibration, refs update, glossary update, reformat) (DGr)
Merge obs standards with format standards into one web doc (Climstan) (DGr)
Place Climstan draft on LTER IM system for review by Climstan participants. (DGr)
Revise draft following review (DGr,DGo,DH)
Put out for review by full Climate and Data Managers Committees (DGr)
Revise draft following review (DGr,DGo,DH)
Formally submit to LTER Coordinating Committee (DGr)
Implement plan for putting ClimDB fully into effect (DH)
Report results of CLIMSTAN meeting to LTER Coordinating Committee meeting Oct 24-26 (DGr,KB) (esp highlight ClimDB)
Write paper for Bull ESA on the Climstan process and results. (DGr, KB, and ? volunteers?).
