My name is Demetrius (or Dimka, Dima, Dmitry, Dimitry) Grigolaya, I was born on July, 21, 1978, and I am a master's journalism student at Carolina (i.e.UNC-CH) from Belarus. My last name is rather unique and hard to pronounce [grih-guh-LAH-ya] even for Belarusians and Russians. Because of the former and despite of the latter, the site is called -GRIGOLAYA-on-The-NEt-!-.

This web-site was created as a class project for the J-50, "Electronic Information Sources," taught by Debashis Aikat at the School of Journalism and Mass Communication (JOMC) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH).
Hopefully, I will go beyond the requirements of the class and build on whatever little I already have. Deb, thanks you so much for teaching such a wonderful class with such a useful syllabus.
