4/14/98 -- Last night we had a wonderful practice!!!  Things are coming together better than I thought they would.  Our debut show is in four days, and I'm hoping we'll be ready.  David's not going to be able to play, so Margaret's sitting in with us. If the show is even as good as last night's practice, I'll be very happy.  This is the first time I've been nervous about a show in a very long time..... I think that's a good thing.

I'm really glad that Pete's playing with us, by the way.  The accordion has added this great underpinning to the sound.
