Link to UNC Homepage

The UNC Hompage is a great place to go to find out anything and everything about the University. This site has links for students, vistors, organizations, and events around the University and out in the Chapel Hill community. It's my favorite UNC site because I can find information on everything related to the University at one time. Stop by and see what it's like to be a Tarheel!

Link to Global Learning

Global Learning is an international, community focused non-profit organization dedicated to supplementing public education. Global learning has month-long programs in Costa Rica, Mexico, and California in which volunteers team-teach in local elementary schools. This program strives to teach using progressive and interactive learning techniques while also providing individual attention to each student.

Plan a trip!

If you're looking to plan a cross-country road trip or just visit some attractions off the beaten path, visit roadsideamerica.com to get information about where to go and how to get there. This site includes some of America's hidden treasures if you're interested in things like the country's largest ear of corn or smallest bar of soap. Even if you're not planning a trip, visit this site to see some of the funniest parts of America's tourism industry.

Link to Reggie Love

The All-ACC eyecandy team site is a great example of what happens when smart girls have too much time on their hands! This site has lots of great action shots of ACC men's basketball and a listing of honorary teams based on the player's good looks. It's a good site to go to find action shots of specific ACC players and to have a good laugh at just how into sports (and boys) some ACC fans are.

Link to ESL for Women

M.A.N.O. is a student iniated and run program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill designed to address the needs of the non-native, primarily spanish-speaking female population of the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area. Volunteers from UNC provide E.S.L. classes to these women twice a week and also offer childcare and outside support services for entire families. M.A.N.O. seeks to empower international women in our community by giving each woman her own voice.
