This page is a collection of photographs, papers, scripts, and journals that I have compiled since Freshman year. I took most of the photographs while studying in China and travelling in Europe during Summer 2001. Because I am an Electronic Communications major, much of my work is either stored on audio or video cassettes that I cannot link to this page. Research on Popular Chinese Exercise Culture:

I conducted this research while studying abroad with a Burch Field Research Seminar in Beijing during Spring 2001. Under the advising of Professor Judy Farquhar, chairman of the Anthropology Department at UNC, myself and the 14 other students participating in the seminar are currently compiling our findings in anticipation of publishing a textbook.

Scripts:

I wrote, recorded, and edited these radio scripts for my broadcast writing class.

Papers:

I wrote the following papers while an undergrad at UNC. Most of my work focuses on topics related to my minor: Social and Economic Justice.

Grant Writing Materials:

I compiled a "how-to" manual on writing successful grants for non-profit organizations during summer 2000.
