Eggnog

1 dozen eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 cup brandy
1/2 cup Myers dark rum
1/4 cup bourbon
1 quart Half and Half
1 quart milk
Vanilla (about 1 teaspoon)
Nutmeg (about 1/2 teaspoon)

Separate eggs. Beat yolks with sugar, for about 10 minutes. Slowly add brandy, rum, and bourbon and beat well. Add milk and Half and Half. Beat whites until stiff. Fold in. Flavor with a little vanilla and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Let it sit for a day before serving.

Comment: You will need a large bowl and a gallon jug.
