songs, but there are some songs that were performed by the designer of

Translated Song Lyrics
http://www.shira.net/lyrics.htm
This site has translations for
several popular Arabic songs. Some of them have the lyrics in a transliterated
form. This allows people to sing along even if they do not speak Arabic.
Most of these lyrics are accompanied
by a small sample of the original song. The selection of music is not that
large, but this still is an entertaining site.
Also, you can submit your email so
that you can receive updates when new songs are added on, and they usually
are added on frequently. Overall, this is an entertaining site for people
who speak Arabic and for those who do not. It is interesting to see how
the lyrics are translated literally.

Selected Arab Midi Files
http://www.med.Virginia.EDU/~amh2x/aso/songs.htm
This is another site that has
Arabic Midi files. This might take a while to download if you are using
a modem (possibly up to 2 minutes). If you wait, it is pretty good.
There are about fifteen
songs to choose from. Also, this takes long to download because ALL of
the songs are downloaded automatically so you can hear them with just a
click of a button.
This site is good because you
can listen to them quickly (once it downloads). However, if you are looking
for variety, then you may want to go to another site because this only
has about fifteen songs to choose from.
