- I hope to obtain an internship in advertising, public relations, or marketing this summer.
- I am 21 years old and am orginally from Chicago, Illinois. I have lived in several different places including northern Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri. I currently live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina during the school year and Raleigh, NC during the summer. I am an advertising major in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill an am a spanish minor. I will graduate next spring in May 1999.

I work with many computer programs, help with editing books and papers,

Position: Hostess, Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Walnut Street, Cary, NC 27511. I seated and greeted customers, organized all of the servers, and learned to worked with a large and diverse team of people
Position: Decorating Assistant, Carolina Builders Interiors, 3000 Yonkers Road, Raleigh, NC 27604. I helped customers choose wallpaper, carpet, vinyl flooring, hardwood floors, and other home interior items. I worked with builders, suppliers, shippers and learned a lot about working in a business environment.

family includes my parents, Brian and Bonnie and my sister Megan. My father
is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Trion
Inc., in Sanford, NC. My sister is a senior at Athens Drive High School
in Raleigh and will join me at UNC in the fall. During the school year
I attend the Chapel Hill Bible Church.
Hobbies: I love to travel, meet new people, write, cook, be outdoors, draw, talk with friends, and do anything colorful or creative

I am president of InterVarsity
Christian Fellowship South Chapter and All Campus at UNC. InterVarsity
is the largest student organization on the Carolina Campus. I took on the
position in December and have learned mountains since taking office. Prior
to my presidency, I led a small group Bible study for two years. In high
school I was a member of the United Way of Wake County Board of Directors
and also Chair of the United Way's Student Service Council .
