might as well start things off right. anjni took this picture of me up on a mountain at sunset, and i think it's amazing. yay for anjni and her mad photo skills.
so here we've got carrie, clara, and tracy in an awesome green field with a likewise awesome view. awesome.

another gorgeous vista. if you'll pardon me, i think i'll go on a run of vistas here...that's the way i happened to organize the files, makes it easier to just run down the list.
the green field makes another appearance. and yay for blooming trees too.
here's a view from the courtyard of the hacienda. looks tropical, but we're actually in the desert.

ok so this one turned out a little bit dark, but i'll put it up just because.
check out the sun on those mountains. wow.
a little bit dark again, but up in the corner you can see the setting sun on the mountains, and down below us there is the hurtado valley.
so it's a bit blurry, sorry, but the colors are beautiful, i think, and wow, that was such an awesome field.
i think in a past life, this picture was good. as it is, the sun got in the way. but if you can see it, carrie and anjni are chilling around our fire ring. which, as of yet, has no fire in it.
but aha! never fear! anjni is secretly a pyromaniac and our fire was roaring in no time. in this picture (wish it wasn't blurry), she's probably throwing a big pile of leaves on it, and clara is sitting a lot closer than i had the courage to.
this one was also a good picture in a past life. it's still halfway decent. that's anjni if you can make it out.
