compute_clim_*
	These files run a baroclinic FUNDY response to the mass fields
	calculated with OAX and that are included in the files
	*cleaned_notime_nub_*.out in the ../new_postNUB_BOB/ directory
	
	Previous to this step NUBBLE has been used to remove the vertical
	inconsistencies on the OAX output. These has transform 
	
	<month>/<month>_hb_cleaned_notime_*.out 
	into
	../new_postNUB_BOB/<month>_hb_cleaned_notime_nub_*_smoothed.out

Each directory includes:
	OAX output files previous to been nubblelized (used as inputs for FUNDY)
	FUNDY output files (icq4, uvbar.v2r, uvbott.v2r, uvsurf.v2r, zeta.s2r)
		To generate icq5 files use: change_clim_icq42icq5.m
