GROUP 8

This group is a social fraternity at UNC-CH in which approximately 20% of its members attend church or other religious service on a regular basis. While the group is not considered religious, they are traditionally Jewish. This affects both the way they conduct rush and how they interact with each other. During rush they spend time with rushees and other brothers doing fun things, that don't involve drinking alcohol. As a result of this Jewish affiliation, the brothers are more open about sharing their faith with each other. The menu that is available during Jewish holidays reflects their traditions. During hard times the brothers turn to each other for strength and support.
