Literature Online (LION) is the definitive electronic resource for the study of English and American literature providing remote access to more than 260,000 fully searchable literary texts. In addition, it contains some major reference tools, secondary sources, biographies, and bibliographies. This resource proved particularly helpful having provided most of the journal articles referenced in this pathfinder.

WorldCat is a union catalog of more than 39 million records representing the electronic holdings of several thousand libraries. Access is available on campus to all users and off campus with an UNC PID via the proxy server.
