The Official Website of Mervyn Peake

http://www.mervynpeake.org/index.html

This site is maintained by Mervyn Peake's eldest son Sebastian and is the web portal for the Mervyn Peake estate. The various elements of Peake's life are equally explored in depth (artist, novelist, illustrator, children's book author, and poet) and numerous photographs and illustrations enhance and enrich the viewer's appreciation of Mervyn Peake's vision. Of particular note are the drawings and paintings from Peake's employment as an official war artist during World War II, many not available in any other source.

Peake Studies

This site is the labor of love created by Mervyn Peake scholar and biographer G. Peter Winnington. Winnington most notably has compiled the definitive Mervyn Peake bibliography. An inordinate amount of time has been spent chronicling every edition of every artistic creation published by Mervyn Peake.
