Briarwood Country Club, Deerfield, Ill: Head Lifeguard (Summer 2001 & 2002)
- Scheduled and managed 14 lifeguards, scheduled private lessons for members and acted as the liaison between members and staff.
- Resolved conflicts among staff in my manager's absence.
- Managed the pool office, answered phones and filed paperwork.
- Prepared timecards each pay period for the 14 guards and myself.

Wisconsin Union Directorate PR Committee: Member (February 2002-May 2002)
- Attended meetings once a week throughout February and March to design an awareness
campaign for the WUD at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
- The campaign lasted throughout April and increased student participation in WUD 15
percent.
