My name is Jennifer Bailey, and I'm a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I'm also a returning student and am looking very forward to graduating this December. This is my first website, and I'd like to share some things that are important to me.

	This is a picture of Carroll Hall, the home of the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. I'm in the News-Editorial sequence, so that means that I spend a great deal of time learning how to work for a newspaper. However, I'm much more interested in teaching writing, so I hope to go to grad school somewhere close-by and get my MFA or PhD in English so I can become a professor. I love writing, and it happens to be the only thing I'm really good at.
	I love flowers and all things nature-oriented. I hope to have a garden of my own someday. One of my favorite places in North Carolina is the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. It has a beautiful mountain landscape, and its gardens are incredible. To the right is a picture of its walled gardens.
	This is a picture of my boyfriend, Adrian, and me. He's an amazing and loving person; I'm very proud to be by his side. Adrian's working on finishing school, just like me, and he's interested in so many things. One of my favorite things about him is that he coaches Little League sports. We have a cute story that we like to share with people: his parents met at their apartment complex, my parents met at their apartment complex, and we met at my apartment complex. I guess it was just meant to be!
	My parents are really incredible people. They've always supported me in everything I wanted to do and given me all the tools with which to do it. Fortunately, they're also very patient and forgiving people. My dad works for himself and is involved with computer networking. My mom is a quilting maniac and supports her habit by working a few days a week as an accountant for a local quilt shop. I'm their only child, so of course I'm very precious and well-taken care of. To the right is a valentine my mom made for me this year.
	Sabrina, my Blue-Point Siamese, is the other love in my life. She's six years old and very talkative. Although she's never taken a good picture, Sabrina's really beautiful. She has more personality than I would have thought possible for such a little creature. My heart holds a very special place for her.
