Health & Fitness Among College Women |
|
Many college
students were active in high school playing sports, cheerleading
or marching in the band. But,
most of time these activities do not carry overto thier college careers. Inactivity, fast food and binge drinking can lead to the so-called "Freshman 15". Although college men and women can experience the "Freshman 15", females are more likely to put on the extra pounds. College is also a time when
life-long habits have the possibility of forming. |
