I am a doctoral candidate in Political Science (Comparative & Methods), defending my dissertation during the Spring 2012, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My research focus on the comparative political economy of models of capitalism, welfare state and redistributive policies. My primary focus is cross-regional, in particular I am interested in the comparison between the Southern Cone of Latin America and Southern and Continental Europe.
