The purpose of this project is to build tools to assist the maintenance of the NC Department of Social Services website. Specifically, we will build a template processor which will be used to quickly create SAS/Intrnet pages (which are themselves programs) similar to those already on the site. There are 3 other sub-projects that may be added to this one if time permits.
