Hi. Welcome to my Web site. My name is Julia Harris. I was born in Wisconsin, but I have lived in Raleigh, North Carolina since I was two. I am currently a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am in the Journalism school and will finish my major in advertising next spring. I am also going to minor in French. Hopefully this will be useful when I travel to Paris this summer for school. It is going to be my first trip to Europe, and I cannot wait.

At UNC-CH, I am a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. The sorority has proved to be one of the best decisions I have made at Carolina. I have had so much fun and I have made incredible friends. Between the mixers, cocktails, football games, and other events, my years here have flown by. Not to mention all the schoolwork! I cannot believe that next year will be my last.

Back at home, my family is huge. Between my parents I have 4 brothers, 5 grandparents, 7 aunts and uncles, and tons of cousins. Having a large family is great and we have always managed to have lots of family time together. For example, growing up, every Sunday night my entire family on my Dad's side would have dinner at my Grandmother's house. We always had (and still do) the best time, and it enabled me to become close to my family.

My plans after college are definitely up in the air, but eventually I hope to own my own boutique. I love fashion, especially shoes, and I would love to have it continually in my life, and others. Owning my own store would allow me to do experience it first hand and share my love of fashion with others.
