In the first example, the San Diego Reader website, font A is in sans-serif font and font B is serif. It is interesting that the site designer has chosen to use sans-serif for its headings and serif for its main text and subheadings. At Amazon.com (font C), the preferred font is sans-serif. Unlike Amazon.com, the Drudge Report (font D) uses a serif font for all of its links and a sans-serif font for its title. In contrast to the Drudge Report, CNN (font E) uses Arial, a sans-serif font, on its webpage. Google uses serif and sans-serif in the way recommended by usability experts. The major heading(font E) is in serif and text is sans-serif (font F). Wordpress (font G), a blogging platform company, uses Georgia, a sans-serif font on its website. Georgia is believed to be the most web-friendly sans-serif font.
