OBJECTIVE
To gain experience and learn valuable skills, while working with professionals, and have the opportunity to immerse myself in the field of photojournalism.
EDUCATION

RELATED EXPERIENCE
Staff Photographer: The Daily Tar Heel, UNC-CH (September 2003-)
  • Working for the University's daily newspaper has given me the opportunity to photograph a variety of subjects from Mural around town to activities of the state capitol.

Truth with a Camera Photojournalism Workshop (August 2002)

  • Attending this workshop, sponsored by the Virginian Pilot, gave me a wonderful perspective on photojournalism. Proposing and producing a complete story in five days challenged me to work quickly and taught me a lot about the editing process.
