• Thesis Advising:  Has served as chair for 27 completed masters theses and has been a member of 10 additional committees.  Has chaired 12 completed graduate student research projects and currently chairs 10 research project committees.
• Doctoral Level:  1989 - 1991:  Course:  "Introduction to the Field of Health Promotion” 1996 & 97.

•  Management:  For several years also taught in graduate level management course. Developed and taught "Care of Adults with Cardiovascular Health Problems."
• Undergraduate Level:  1994: Research Methods- coordinated and taught all classes.  1990 - 1992:  lecture in research courses and clinical course on nursing patients with cardiovascular health problems.  1984 - 1986:  clinical courses (8 students per rotation) and a large lecture course related to management, with 116 - 152 students per semester, which was coordinated and taught alone.
