Sportscenter Triad offers the following types of memberships:
INDIVIDUAL: An individual (age 14 or
over) completely independent and separate and apart from his or her family.
This Membership entitles the named individual ONLY to the use of the facility.
COUPLE: Includes an individual head
of household (IHOH) and the legally married spouse (recognized by the
state of NC) of such IHOH or an IHOH and one dependent minor child under
22 years of age who are actual bona fide residents of the home of the
HOH.
FAMILY: Includes and IHOH, the legally married spouse
of such IHOH, the dependent children under 22 years of age who are actual
bona fide residents of the home of the IHOH or an IHOH and two dependent
minor children who are actual bona fide residents of the home of the IHOH.
SENIORS: Individuals or Legally Married Couples 60+ years
or older or a total combined age of 120+ years.
DUES INFORMATION: Dues are payable monthly by automatic
bank draft or annually (10% discount). Membership privileges may be suspended
or terminated for lateness in payment of dues. Sportscenter Triad shall
determine the amount of dues and the authority to raise or lower the dues
shall rest solely with Sportscenter Triad.
RATES: In order to join, you must pay a one-time non-refundable
processing fee of $150 per membership and fulfill at one-year contract.
MONTHLY DUES:
Individual $69
Couple $99
Family $99 + $25 Per Child ($75 cap)
Senior Individual $59
Senior Couple $79
CONTRACT: A membership may be voluntarily
canceled at the end of the contract period if it meets our cancellation
requirements. The contract period starts the day of joining and continues
for 1 full year from the first day of the next month. Annual memberships
are also required to complete a 1 year contractual obligation.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS
CORPORATE: Available to any North Carolina business or
corporation that purchases and maintains a minimum of 5 memberships at
one time. The memberships are designated to an individual. These memberships
must be new to Sportscenter Triad and must be established after your company
has completed the necessary form to have a Corporate Membership in your
company name. Once this occurs, any current members of Sportscenter Triad
that work for your company will be eligible to drop to the Corporate Rate
(see below for rates). If you would like information on establishing a

Corporate memberships require no enrollment fee.
MONTHLY DUES:
$59 Individual (Employee)
$89 Couple (Employee & Spouse OR Employee & One Child under 22
years)
For Family Rates add $25 to COUPLE Rate per additional child under 22
years of age.
