Welcome to the Dimensional Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (DOCS) site. The DOCS is a new 20-item self-report instrument designed to measure the severity of obsessive-compulsive symptoms. It was developed to improve upon other measures of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).


This website contains information about the DOCS, it's authors, and how the instrument was developed. You can download copies of the DOCS in different languages from this website, as well as research articles reporting on the instrument's psychometric properties. This site will be continuously updated with the latest information and research on the DOCS and the assessment of OCD.
