HAVE YOU EVER?
Have you ever had
feelings that you just didn't know how to express? What about thoughts
thatjustruntogether?
Have you ever been
confused about everything? Not knowing what to do about anything?
Have you ever been
lost in a storm, the rain washing away all sanity?
Have you ever just
wanted to cry, but did not know why?
Have you ever needed
someone that you just didn't want around you?
Have you ever loved
someone that you didn't?
Have you ever felt
like screaming at the top of your lungs for no reason?
Have you ever felt
insane, lost on a one way train?
Have you ever felt
like you were drowning in an ocean of misunderstanding?
Have you ever wondered
about the meaning of life?
Have you ever gotten
lost in a city of a thousand people that were just like you? Who
were even more confused?
Have you ever called
on Jesus to make everything all right, to wrap you in His arms so tight?
Have you ever said,
Lord I need you to hold my hand?
Have you ever known
that the Lord is your Shepherd, that He is your strength?
Have you ever known
the Lord in your heart, when you're falling apart?
Have you ever said
Jesus I know you're there for me, so I can call on you in my time of need?
Have you ever realized
that, you are lost without the Lord?(and that's a fact)
Have you ever known,
that being confused sets the tone, to bring the Lord into your life, to
take away all your strife?
Have you ever read
a poem, that says all your feelings just so?
Well I'm here, as
a witness, to let you know,
God can relate
to you just like me,
Only difference
is, He can set you free.
