Spring Break Experiment

My bedtime routine experiment went fairly well over spring break with only a couple of "failures." Of the six days I recorded my bedtime activities, and time of waking I was able to get to bed on time on four of the six days, and because I was recording my activity, and attitude on these particular days it was easy for me to compare my bad days without at as much sleep, with my good days that followed well rested nights. On my first day of failure I was a upset with myself for not following through with my experimental guidelines. However, after a second day with inadequate sleep I realized I could make good use of the results from two sleep deficient nights. While my experiment did not go as planned, I feel it was more interesting to assess with some failure to compare with my positive days, than if I had only "successful" data.
